The Long Table is working to change the world through food.

Set-up almost four years ago to answer the question, ‘what if everyone in Brimscombe had access to great food and people to eat it with?’

Since then, the team now runs a community interest company in Stroud:

When you join The Long Table:
You support our local farmers and growers.
Teach people in our community to cook.
Enable people in other communities to unite around their tables.

The Foodie Awards champion the Pay as you Can initiative at The Long Table, who serve hot bowls of tasty food via a PAY-AS-YOU-CAN scheme, which ensures everyone can eat at the table.

We want to encourage everyone to purchase a BIG 'One Meal' Coin to support the Long Table initiative. It truly is a great place to be. We ask that everyone who enters the awards buys a Meal Coin for £6 to help this organisation with their community work.
