Sustainability Award 

​This award is for organisations that have demonstrated the values and commitment to net zero objectives, sustainability practices and responsible business practices over the past

year.

We want to hear from organisations that are genuinely committed to developing new and more sustainable ways of doing business and can demonstrate tangible progress towards environmental and sustainable development goals.

​

The best entries will provide evidence of the initiatives they are undertaking to reduce their environmental impacts; develop new clean technologies, products, and services; instil an

environmentally engaged working culture; showcasing local procurement methods and promote the wider green economy.

This award celebrates a company that integrates sustainability initiatives into its operations, and products significantly reducing its environmental impact while promoting sustainable

growth.

Criteria:

• Evidence of substantial reduction in environmental impact through initiatives such as energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.

• Demonstration of a sustainable supply chain, sourcing locally and minimising environmental footprint throughout.

• Implementation of sustainability practices across business operations showcasing effective sustainable manufacturing processes, reducing waste and conserving resources.

• Examples of successful green projects, new processes, reducing energy consumption, sustainable materials and innovations.

• Involvement in community programs, demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility and ethical operations.

• Demonstration of clear sustainability goals and outcomes, showcasing your sustainability journey and continuous improvement.

• Identification of membership of any local sustainability projects such as the Coventry & Warwickshire Green Business Network and Zellar Sustainability Software. Or involvement with Coventry & Warwickshire Net Zero Decarbonisation Programme utilising their free energy audit and advice service.
